Minus Zero

If the light red number is 0, look at the dark red number and say that number. Example: Look at the 2 and say 2.

Equals Zero
If both light red numbers are the same, say 0. Example: Both light red numbers are 2, say 0.
Minus One
If the light red number is 1, look at the dark red number and say one number less. Example: Look at the 4 and say 3.
Equals One
If the bottom number is one less than the top number say 1. Example: 3 is one less than 4, say 1.
Minus Two
If the red number is 2, look at the dark red number and say two numbers less. Example: look at the 7 and say 5.
Equals Two
If the bottom number is two less than the top number say 2. Example: 5 is two less than 7, say 2.
Sneaky Three
Look at the dark number and think minus two then say one less. That's sneaky! Example: look at the 8, think 6 and say 5.
Equals Three
If the bottom number is three less than the top number say 3. Example: 5 is three less than 8, say 3.
Bare Foot -N- Wild
Think 10 toes minus the dark number to toes equals how many toes? Example: 10 toes minus 6 toes equals 4 toes.
Wild Nine
If the bottom light red number is 9 and the top number is a teen, add the two dark red numbers and say that number. Example: Add 1 plus 4 and say 5.
Equals Nine
If the bottom is one number more than the second top number and the top number ia a teen say 9. Example: The bottom 5 is one number more than the 4 in fourteen, say 9.
Pair
If the dark red number is the same as a pair of light red numbers say the light red number. Example: 12 is the same as a pair of 6's, say 6.
Pair Plus One
If the dark red number is one more than a pair of the red number, say one number more than the light red number. Example: 13 is one more than a pair of 6's, say 7.
Pair Minus one
If the dark red number is one less than a pair of the light red numbers, say one number less than the light red number. Example: 11 is one less than a pair of 6's, say 5.
Show -N- Tell
The toughest clue was saved for last. The child says "You show me the problem and I will tell you the answer." Example: The child says, "You show me 13 - 5 and I will tell you 8."
