Zero |
| If the light red number is 0, look
at the dark red number and say that number. Example: Look at the
2 and say 2. |

| If the bottom is one number more than the second

5 is one number more than the 4 in fourteen, say 9. |

| If the dark red number is the same as a pair of light
red numbers say the light red number. Example: 12 is the same as
a pair of 6's, say 6. |

| If the dark red number is one more than a pair of
the red number, say one number more than the light red number. Example:

| If the dark red number is one less than a pair of

Example: 11 is one less than a pair of 6's, say 5. |
